For new Go customers, their policy is not activated until they add a 360 degree exterior video of each of the vehicles on their policy to Virtual Showroom.
There is a 7 day window to activate the policy from the date the quote is authorized. If this window expires and the policy is not activated, then the authorization will automatically cancel.
If they choose not to activate their policy, the authorization on their card will be released and returned within a 5-7 business days.
No payment is made until they add their video(s) to Virtual Showroom and they are verified by our internal support team. The customer's card is "authorized" just like in a hotel for incidentals, or a food delivery app until the food is delivered.
If they choose to activate their policy after the 7 day initial authorization period has expired, you (agent) will need to authorize your quote to initiate the process again.
